1. Legal Notice
The Voyage Escape website is published and managed by WeLink Tech. Any complaints or questions regarding site usage, partnerships, or bookings can be directed to the dedicated support email: experiences@voyageescape.com.
2. Purpose and Service
Voyage Escape is a digital online booking intermediary allowing users ("Clients") to search, plan, and reserve leisure activities, excursions, guided tours, and local experiences ("Activities") supplied by professional third-party local operators ("Partners").
WeLink Tech acts strictly as a booking agent/technical intermediary between the Client and the local Partner. The service agreement regarding the actual completion of the Activity is established directly between the Client and the concerned local Partner.
3. Reservation and Availability
Clients select the desired Activity, date, and guest count on the site. Availabilities are then locked in real-time with our partner reservation system (Bókun).
Final confirmation occurs once full payment has been successfully captured and a booking confirmation is generated. A booking confirmation email containing the official ticket (voucher) is sent immediately.
4. Pricing and Payments
Activity prices are shown in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). The amount charged is the active price listed on the site at the moment of the booking submission.
Payments are made securely online. Financial transactions are entirely processed and encrypted by our PCI-DSS compliant licensed gateway partner, Stripe. WeLink Tech never stores bank or credit card data on its servers.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific Activity page at the time of purchase:
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the Activity starting time (local time of the activity). The refund is issued to 100% on the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- No refund is granted for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start of the Activity, or in case of a no-show.
6. Liability
The local Partner is solely liable for the correct completion of the booked Activity, safety standards, and keeping active professional liability insurances.
WeLink Tech shall not be held liable for personal injuries, material losses, delays, schedule modifications, or unexpected cancellations due to force majeure (weather conditions, strikes, etc.) occurring during the Activity.
7. Data Protection
Personal details collected during bookings are mandatory for processing orders and issuing tickets. Under the GDPR, you hold rights to access, rectify, port, and delete your personal information by contacting us at: experiences@voyageescape.com.
