Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free Cancellation up to 24 Hours

All standard bookings qualify for free cancellation and a 100% refund if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the activity.

1. Refund Timelines and Fees

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the local time zone of the reserved activity:

2. Weather or Force Majeure Cancellations

Safety is our top priority. If an activity must be cancelled by the local guide or tour operator due to factors outside your control, such as:

  • Severe weather conditions making the activity unsafe.
  • Technical safety hazards or unexpected site closures.
  • Force majeure events or official government travel restrictions.

Under these rare circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date/time or, if you cannot make it, a full 100% refund.

3. Refund Process

Once an eligible cancellation is approved, our payment merchant Stripe processes the refund automatically.

  • Cancellation confirmation is sent to your email instantly.
  • Funds are returned to the original card / payment method used during checkout.
  • Refund timelines depend on your bank, typically appearing on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your booking quickly and securely, please use one of the following methods:

  1. Click the direct cancellation link found inside your official Voyage Escape booking confirmation email.
  2. Send a cancellation request to our support desk at: experiences@voyageescape.com, including your Booking Reference Number (Bókun confirmation code).
